As a qualified Personal Training Instructor I can assist you to achieve goals that may be difficult for you to realise by yourself, and provide safe/effective exercises focusing on proper technique with performance monitoring.
This could mean either working on a fitness objective, general weight loss management or lifestyle change, available to people of all ages and needs. Preparing a properly delivered health related programme including both physical considerations and diet.
As requirements differ between individuals, programmes and advice are bespoke, improved and modified to reflect changes in personal fitness of the client and act as a motivational tool. This helps to keep programmes fresh, usually inspiring clients to progress quickly to reach their goals.
Personal Fitness Training can be conducted through use of an excellent range of Cardiovascular and Weight Management equipment in my Fitness Studio. Alternatively, undertaken at a client's home (with equipment provided) or any other suitable location.
Further to an enquiry I will arrange a free no obligation consultation, this involves a brief discussion on the client's objectives or aspirations along with an outline of how this can be achieved. Fees are £25 per hour with discounts for couple or group bookings.
My nature is friendly and personable, able to put people at ease and look realistically at the most appropriate solution(s) available. Due to my knowledge and contacts within the Fitness Industry, I am able to advise on a variety of options to achieve the client's objective. This may include anything from a basic gym workout routine to an aqua session in the pool or group cycling. The options available are extensive and challenging, allowing clients to see natural progressions and maintain motivation by seeing tangible improvements in fitness levels.
