'I have been working with Martin since May this year having had 10 sessions bought for me by my son for my 50th birthday. He had heard me bemoaning the fact that all the 50 year old TV celebs had PTIs so could look good at that age, he was also concerned about my general level of fitness and didn't want a “fat Mum”.
I was very nervous at first not having done any serious exercise for close to 20 years and on my first session I think the puffing and wobbly legs had more to do with the nerves than any exercise Martin had me doing! He has been an excellent instructor and over the weeks has tailored each session to help build my fitness, strength and confidence and to boot I have lost weight as well. In fact the results have been so good that my husband bought me a further 10 sessions when my sons gift ran out so I am continuing to raise my fitness level and there is a certain dress I have my eye on in my wardrobe that has eluded me for the last 3 years…this year it will be worn for Christmas.
I cannot recommend Martin highly enough and I look forward to every session. Martin has also given me so many tips and suggestions for fitting exercise into my busy life and has made me re-think not just on exercise but diet, not the lettuce leaf and carrot stick but sensible healthy eating.
I am well on my way to the goal I have set but most importantly I am enjoying getting there and as this is not a “quick fix” I know the fitness and weight loss are here to stay. Many thanks Martin I wouldn't have done it without you.'
